Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our wig/bundles/hair extensions products. The following is our return and refund policy. Please read it carefully.
Return and refund period: You can apply for a return and refund within 7 days after receiving the wig product. This period is to ensure the timeliness and traceability of the product. At the same time, it also facilitates us to handle your request in a timely manner and protect your rights and interests.
If the wig you received is inconsistent with the style, length, color, etc. you ordered, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days. Please also contact customer service and provide relevant proof, such as order screenshots, wig photos, etc., clearly showing the differences.
We will arrange an exchange process for you and send you the correct wig product. The shipping cost for the exchange is borne by us, and you do not need to pay any additional fees. We will provide you with the express tracking number so that you can track the progress of the exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original unused condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, either in brand-new unused condition or damaged due to non-human-induced causes. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the customer being responsible for related fees, and no refund will be issued.
- We will cover the return shipping cost if the product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transit. For all other scenarios, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
- Please include a note inside the returned package stating your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
Important Note: We shall not be held liable for any weft hair extensions that have been dyed or altered by stylists on their own.Special Note: Custom-dyed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

Refund Instructions
- Cash on Delivery (COD) packages are not accepted. The customer must prepay the return shipping cost upfront. After sending the package, be sure to provide the tracking number to help us track the logistics status.
- Upon receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment platform—we appreciate your understanding.
Special circumstances:
• Quality problem handling: If there is a quality problem with the wig product (such as severe hair loss, peculiar smell, easy breakage of hair strands, rough lace, etc.), it is not subject to the 7-day limit. Please contact customer service in time. You can provide detailed problem descriptions and relevant photos, videos and other evidences. After confirming the problem, we will arrange a return and refund or exchange for you as soon as possible. The relevant shipping cost is borne by us.
• Force majeure factors: If the wig is damaged due to force majeure factors (such as transportation damage caused by natural disasters, serious mistakes of the courier company, etc.), we will negotiate a solution with you. We will comprehensively consider the interests of both parties according to the actual situation and strive to reach a fair and reasonable handling result.
