• Unused: The wig product needs to be in an unused state, including but not limited to untrimmed lace, uninstalled, undyed, and without any styling treatment. The wig hair should remain in its original neat and clean state without being pulled, knotted or damaged by humans.
• Complete packaging: The original packaging of the product needs to be intact, including the box, label, accessories, etc. Packaging is a part of the product. Complete packaging helps us confirm the integrity and initial state of the product and also facilitates subsequent inventory management and quality inspection.
• Receiving inspection: If you find that the wig is damaged or inconsistent with the order when receiving it, please confirm with the courier on the spot when receiving it and take photos as evidence. The photos should clearly show the problem, such as the damaged part of the wig, color difference, length problem, etc. These evidences will help us handle your return request quickly and accurately.
Refund process:

• Return shipping: If your return application is approved, you need to send the wig product back to the address specified by us within 5 days after receiving the reply. If the returned product does not meet the above return conditions after inspection, we have the right to refuse the refund and not bear the return shipping cost.
• Refund processing: After we receive the return and check it to be correct, the payment will be refunded to your original payment account within 7 working days. The refund amount will deduct any discounts, promotions you enjoyed when purchasing and the shipping cost you bear (if any).
Exchange policy:
• Inconsistent product situation: If the wig you received is inconsistent with the style, length, color, etc. you ordered, you can apply for an exchange within 15 days. • Exchange process: We will arrange an exchange process for you and send you the correct wig product. The shipping cost for the exchange is borne by us, and you do not need to pay any additional fees. • Quality problem handling: If there is a quality problem with the wig product (such as severe hair loss, peculiar smell, easy breakage of hair strands, rough lace, etc.), it is not subject to the 15-day limit. Please contact customer service in time. You can provide detailed problem descriptions and relevant photos, videos and other evidences. After confirming the problem, we will arrange a return and refund or exchange for you as soon as possible. The relevant shipping cost is borne by us.
• Force majeure factors: If the wig is damaged due to force majeure factors (such as transportation damage caused by natural disasters, serious mistakes of the courier company, etc.), we will negotiate a solution with you.
