SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer quick and reliable Shipping Services with FedEx International From Our Warehouse in China Same or Next Day.  Shipping Time is 2-3 Business Days with a Required Signature Upon Delivery to Prevent Theft.  An Address Must Be Provided.  Post Office (P.O.) Box is Not Accepted By FedEx.  A Phone Number Will Also Be Required By FedEx.  Express Shipping is Optional For an Additional Fee and Inventory Needs To Be Checked For Express Shipping Orders.  Same Day Delivery and Pick-Ups Are Available In Cities Where We Have Distributors.  Payment Will Be Made On this Website Prior To Pick-up Upon Ordering.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We stand behind all of our product, but due to hygiene and sanitary regulations, the hair products cannot be returned once they are opened, used and installed.  The hair products can only be returned in the same brand new condition that they were shipped, in their original packaging with the weft in brand new unopened condition.  The buyer will pay for the return shipping.  Tracking information must be purchased.  Our original Shipping Fee will be deducted from the refund.  Damage to the hair due to improper coloring, processing or heat exposure are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be returned. 
Hair quality may be checked prior to installation by pre-washing the hair with the weft totally intact (NOT UNCLIPPED OR UNROLLED WHATSOEVER).  The best results are achieved by washing with conditioner and towel dry (no hair dryers).  If you experience any quality problem such as dryness or lack of curl, notify us immediately and a prepaid return shipping label will be provided with a replacement or refund issued upon receipt.  The hair must be returned with the weft still intact as it was received and in the original plastic package and labels.
