PROCESSING TIMES:

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days after receiving your order. We will send you tracking information via email on the day your order is shipped, ensuring you can monitor the status of your package at any time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Will confirm with you by email when we get your order,and update the real shipping date, Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.

Typically, your order will be delivered within 3-4 days after it has been shipped. We work with the following courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly:

DHL (3-4 Days)

FedEx (3-4 Days)

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 3-7 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, Urbanchichair will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Urbanchichair via our CONTACT PAGE prior to your order being shipped.

 

If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), customers must contact Urbanchichair via our CONTACT PAGE within one hour of the order being placed for correction. Otherwise, once shipped, the customer must contact the shipment courier to have changes made.

Urbanchichair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg,damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process.

Urbanchichair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
