UrbanChicHair Affiliate Program Terms

By applying to or participating in the UrbanChicHair Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility and Approval

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact, website, social media, audience, payment, and tax information. All applications are reviewed manually. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. UrbanChicHair may approve, reject, suspend, or remove an affiliate at its discretion.

2. Commission

The standard affiliate commission is 8% of the qualified net product subtotal after discounts. Shipping charges, taxes, VAT, gift cards, refunded amounts, canceled items, and other excluded charges do not earn commission.

Special commission rates must be confirmed by UrbanChicHair in writing. UrbanChicHair may update commission rates with reasonable notice.

3. Qualified Sales

A qualified sale must:

- Be tracked through the affiliate’s approved referral link or assigned coupon code;
- Be successfully paid;
- Be made by a genuine customer;
- Not be canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or self-referred;
- Comply with these Program Terms.

Tracking and attribution are determined by GoAffPro and UrbanChicHair records. When multiple affiliate links are used, the last eligible affiliate link will normally receive credit.

4. Affiliate Discount Codes

Approved affiliates may receive a unique 10% discount code for eligible first-time customers. Codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers unless UrbanChicHair provides written approval.

Affiliate codes may not be posted on coupon, cashback, deal, code-aggregation, browser-extension, or unauthorized discount websites.

5. Prohibited Promotion

Affiliates may not:

- Purchase or bid on UrbanChicHair brand names, trademarks, misspellings, product names, or related branded keywords in paid search advertising;
- Run Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or other paid advertising using UrbanChicHair links or content without prior written approval;
- Use UrbanChicHair trademarks in domains, social media usernames, pages, or accounts in a way that suggests the account is operated by UrbanChicHair;
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading promotions;
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, fake traffic, bots, or other deceptive tracking methods;
- Make self-purchases or arrange purchases primarily to generate commission;
- Publish fake reviews, misleading testimonials, fabricated results, or unsupported product claims;
- Alter UrbanChicHair creative assets in a misleading, offensive, or unauthorized way;
- Copy or use customer photos, videos, or other third-party content without permission.

6. Advertising Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with UrbanChicHair whenever they publish an endorsement, referral link, discount code, sponsored post, product gift, or other incentivized content.

Disclosures must be clear, easy to understand, and placed close to the endorsement or link. Affiliates may use language such as:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link or code.”

A profile bio disclosure alone may not be sufficient.

7. Content Standards

Affiliate content must reflect the affiliate’s honest experience and must not contain false, deceptive, discriminatory, illegal, defamatory, or unsubstantiated statements. Affiliates may only use product facts, images, prices, promotions, and claims that are currently approved or published by UrbanChicHair.

8. Payments

Approved commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period. Payments are reviewed and processed monthly after the affiliate reaches the $50 USD minimum payout threshold. Balances below $50 carry forward to the next payment cycle.

Affiliates are responsible for submitting accurate payment and tax information. UrbanChicHair may delay payment when required information is missing or when a transaction is under review.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Commission will not be paid on canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back orders. If commission has already been credited or paid, UrbanChicHair may deduct the corresponding amount from the affiliate’s current or future balance.

10. Intellectual Property

UrbanChicHair grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved brand assets solely for authorized promotion of UrbanChicHair products. All brand assets remain the property of UrbanChicHair or their respective owners.

Affiliates must stop using UrbanChicHair assets immediately after leaving or being removed from the program.

11. Independent Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive relationship with UrbanChicHair.

12. Suspension and Termination

UrbanChicHair may suspend tracking, withhold commissions, reject sales, or terminate an account for suspected fraud, policy violations, misleading promotion, brand misuse, abnormal traffic, coupon leakage, chargebacks, or other conduct that may harm UrbanChicHair or its customers.

13. Changes to the Program

UrbanChicHair may update these terms, commission rates, coupon rules, product eligibility, payment procedures, or program availability. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
